Before cleaning and maintenance, be sure to disconnect the power supply of the whole machine, otherwise it may cause electric shock accident!
After the end of the experiment, the instrument should be cleaned when the chamber is completely cooled!

The instrument should be cleaned after each experiment. Do not use strong acid, alkaline, corrosive or flammable cleaning agents for cleaning; Please do not use hard objects or abrasive cloth, cleaning powder, etc.

Temperature sensor

The temperature sensor is a high-precision and high-tech device, so handle it with care. After each experiment, wash the temperature sensor gently with water and wipe it clean with a soft cloth. If water does not clean, gently wash with a soft cloth dipped in soapy water or alcohol. Do not exert too much force during the washing process, so as not to damage the tetrafluoride layer and the internal circuit. The signal line of the temperature sensor does not need to be washed. Do not wet the connection plug of the temperature sensor.

Tips

The instrument is equipped with a temperature sensor of PT1000 coated with anti-corrosion coating.

Ultrasonic probe

After the experiment, clean the probe with water or organic solvent and dry it for the next experiment.

The camera is located on the left side of the cavity. When the lens has stains that affect the picture effect, please dip a cotton ball in a little alcohol, gently wipe it, and then dry it with the lens paper.

shell

The shell of the whole machine is painted on the surface of ABS plastic material. If conditions permit, it is best to use Birizon or Berryzon cleaning agent to wipe, or use a soft cloth dipped in water to wipe the surface of the shell. The control mask can be cleaned with a soft cloth dipped in soapy water because of frequent contact with the experimenter's hands.

Furnace chamber

The inner wall of the furnace chamber is made of stainless steel. After the experiment, please use a soft cloth to wipe the spilled or leaked reagents, stains, etc. Grease reagents should be wiped with warm soapy water or neutral detergent, then scrubbed with clean water, and finally dry with a dry soft cloth.

Be careful not to let water splash into or flow into the vent hole on the side wall of the furnace chamber. Do not scrub with steel balls, etc.! Do not let water splash into or flow into the motor sinking hole at the bottom of the furnace chamber. Never pour water into the furnace cavity for cleaning. In addition, if you find water droplets condensed by steam in the furnace after the end of the experiment, please also use a soft dry cloth to wipe clean.

Warning

When cleaning the shell and furnace chamber, do not allow water enter the inside of the reactor through holes or gaps, so as not to cause short circuit!

Glass instrument

Glass instruments are used to hold reaction reagents. In order to make the results of each experiment accurate and reliable, the glass instrument should be cleaned with a special brush after each experiment.

Machine maintenance

Do not place any object on top of the case while the instrument is working. When not used for a long time, it is best to use a dust cover to shield the instrument and place it in a cool and ventilated place. When moving the instrument, please support the bottom of the instrument and handle it gently.

Pressure sensor assembly

Pressure sensor assembly is placed in the middle of the turntable, generally do not need to often unplug the transmission line cleaning, such as sample leakage in the tank, please remove the pressure sensor aviation plug in time, take out the pressure sensor assembly with a soft cloth to wipe it clean.

Pressure gauge tube assembly

Periodically remove the pressure measuring tube assembly from the pressure sensor assembly, clean the pressure measuring tube with water injected into the opening of the pressure measuring nut with a syringe (do not puncture the wall), and clean the inside and outside surfaces of the nut with a soft cloth. Alcohol can be used if necessary.

High pressure reactor

Please note that all high pressure reactors are made of PEEK (polyether ether ketone resin) and cannot be cleaned with acidic reagents. The white polytetrafluoroethylene inner tank can be washed by soaking in strong acid.
